  Shaun was a last minute call for me when I was doing repairs in my basement and was running out of time. I was leaving town and needed probably a weeks worth of work done and he did it in two days time. It was reasonably priced and I actually discussed with him being my go- to guy for any and all repairs whether I was home or away. My second experience however, was lacking communication and trying to book an appointment with him for a VERY small job was basically impossible even with 3 weeks notice. I was lead to believe he was available for the job. I would still work with him and he does AMAZING work but just need a little better communication or just turn me down, that would have been fine too. :) He also referred an electrician to me that did great work and was reasonably priced as well.
